Delford Williams

Delford represents actors, writers, directors, producers, and production companies in the television, film, and new media industries. Prior to joining the firm, Delford was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Palo Alto, California where he primarily represented leading technology companies in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
