In 1987 Tom Hansen, along with Craig Jacobson and Walter Teller, formed the law firm now known as HJTHNW&R. Tom lives in Los Angeles with his wife, talent manager Judy Hofflund and their two daughters.

In one sense Craig Jacobson's practice is traditionally based in motion picture and television talent representation encompassing writers, directors, actors and producers. In another sense his practice is incredibly diverse, because it also includes work in broadcast news, motion picture financing, international and domestic distribution deals, executive employment agreements and a variety of other non-traditional arenas. On the personal front, Craig has three children, a wife, and a strong interest in collecting contemporary art which occupies most of his Saturday afternoons.
